    5.    Cases foundations: f.e. support of products by services, GE of Jeff Immelt.
    6.    Cases applications: f.e. choice between technology and organization, a well known dilemma,
    7.    Cases strategy and development: f.e. the implementation of CRM.
    8.    Cases management aspects: f.e. outsourcing and outsourcing agreements.
    9.    Cases technology: f.e. dealing with thin clients, networking capacity.

  Large cases:

   10.    Case Textron:  starting with e-commerce and e-business.
   11.    Case Recreational equipment: the web channel, just another marketing channel?
   12.    Case Virgin: dealing with the web as an umbrella, the advantages of a brand?
   13.    Case Enron: market operating system, applicable in every sector?
   14.    Case Covisint: industry backed electronic markets, probably a success?
