Three lectures with case handling and literature research.
To prepare for these
lectures the students are divided into groups. Each group receives a mark for
its
case solutions and its literature research paper. All groups hand in a solution
for
all cases and a research paper. Assigned groups are asked to present their
solution. After the presentation a discussion will take place.
At the beginning
of the course the class is divided into groups. These groups
consist preferably out of three or four people. Each group produces three
papers. The first
two papers deal with answers on the questions posed in the four cases. The last
paper deals
with a research topic. On every Friday two or three groups will present their
solution.
The presentation schedule is given two days after the first lecture.
50% of the final
mark consists out of the average of the three marks given for group
work. The other 50% is the final mark is the mark for the closed book
examination at the
end of the course.
